Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "Player", "you") and lpkk77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://lpkk77.cam and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains (collectively referred to as "the Platform").

Account Registration

Each eligible user is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

During registration, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information including your full legal name as reflected on your Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence; a valid and accessible email address; a functional contact number; and a date of birth.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. lpkk77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security. You must notify us immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Permitted Use of the Platform

The Platform is made available strictly for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, resale of services, and use on behalf of third parties are not permitted. By using the Platform, you agree to the following usage conditions:

• You will only use the Platform for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

Deposits & Payments

lpkk77 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency payments in Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, and are subject to change at lpkk77's discretion. Current limits are displayed within the Platform's Wallet section after login.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for e-wallet and DuitNow transactions. FPX and bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) business hour.
• lpkk77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which lpkk77 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are held in accounts separate from lpkk77's operational funds to ensure player balances are protected.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Platform's Wallet section. Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed. First-time withdrawal requests will trigger a mandatory identity verification review if not previously completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Each promotion is available once per user, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Credits are non-withdrawable. Only cash winnings derived from the wagering of Bonus Credits — after satisfying the stated wagering requirement — are eligible for withdrawal.
• The standard wagering requirement for most bonuses is 5x the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer, certain table games, and sports betting — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward wagering requirement fulfilment. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• lpkk77 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that rights already earned in good faith are not retrospectively affected.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any bonus offer — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic play designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly relating to the conduct of that game.

• All bets are final once confirmed. lpkk77 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure affecting a game or betting market, lpkk77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Sports betting odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up until the event commences. In-play betting odds fluctuate in real time and the odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed shall apply.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per event, and per day. These are displayed within the Platform for each game and betting market.
• Any bets placed on events where the outcome has already been determined at the time of placing (palpable errors, manifest errors in odds) will be voided.

Account Suspension & Closure

lpkk77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a user's account with or without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or refusal to provide requested documentation.
• Discovery that the user is a Prohibited User (underage, restricted jurisdiction, previously excluded).
• Use of any software or tool designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Abuse of any bonus or promotional offer.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Where an account is closed at the user's own request and no outstanding verification or compliance holds exist, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the user's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Credits and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be refunded.

Intellectual Property

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside lpkk77's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

In all cases, lpkk77's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform is governed by lpkk77's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.

By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. Amendments to Terms

Governing Law

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction. You waive any right to bring class action claims or to participate in class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
